CONDITIONS OF SALE – MOVABLE ASSETS

  1. The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser immediately the lots have been knocked down to him/her. Should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lots in dispute will be put up again and re-sold,or the Auctioneer may declare the purchaser. The Auctioneer’s decision in all cases is final.
  2. Any item on sale is sold Voetstoots, and faults or errors in description thereof are at the buyer’s risk.
  3. A bid shall be taken as proof that the buyer has made him/herself acquainted with the goods purchased.
  4. Payment terms: By cash or bank cheque immediately after the lot has been knocked down.
  5. The Auctioneer’s Vendue Roll is FINAL. No dispute will be taken into consideration as to the correctness of same.
  6. The Auctioneer reserves the right of regulating the bidding, also of refusing any bidding, and withdrawing any lot or lots from the sale.
  7. All lots knocked down, remain at the risk of the purchaser.
  8. 10% Buyers Commission on Movable Assets (Plus Vat on Commission) i.e. 11.4%
