CONDITIONS OF SALE – MOVABLE ASSETS
- The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser immediately the lots have been knocked down to him/her. Should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lots in dispute will be put up again and re-sold,or the Auctioneer may declare the purchaser. The Auctioneer’s decision in all cases is final.
- Any item on sale is sold Voetstoots, and faults or errors in description thereof are at the buyer’s risk.
- A bid shall be taken as proof that the buyer has made him/herself acquainted with the goods purchased.
- Payment terms: By cash or bank cheque immediately after the lot has been knocked down.
- The Auctioneer’s Vendue Roll is FINAL. No dispute will be taken into consideration as to the correctness of same.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right of regulating the bidding, also of refusing any bidding, and withdrawing any lot or lots from the sale.
- All lots knocked down, remain at the risk of the purchaser.
- 10% Buyers Commission on Movable Assets (Plus Vat on Commission) i.e. 11.5%
