We will sell by Public Auction, entirely without reserve, the following fixed property:

Fixed Property:
Section 46 Tedderfield Airpark being a Hanger with full title and measuring 300m2 in extent with vertical stacking doors. The Hanger is fully electrified. Has Eskom power supply and is fully plumbed with a toilet and basin.

The hanger is constructed of steel I-beam and clad in IBR sheeting. In addition to this, there is an alarm system.

The airport ICAO designate is FATA and all runway information as well as co-ordinates can be obtained using the above airport designation.

Hanger 46 Tedderfield Airpark:

A deposit equivalent to R100 000-00 strictly by way of EFT Day prior to the auction sale or morning of sale.

Guarantees for balance of purchase price within 30 days from date of confirmation.

Aircraft:

A deposit equivalent to R100 000-00 strictly by way of EFT Day prior to the auction sale or morning of sale and balance of payment within 7 days.

Moveable Assets:

A Cash Deposit of R2000-00 refundable. All loose assets to be paid for on day of the auction and removed by Monday at 10:00 am.

Private Bidding:

• Certified Copy of proof of residence – not older than 3 months
• Certified copy of ID.

Company Bidding:

• Certified copies of current proof of home address of each member
• Certified copies ID Document of each member
• Representatives of a company must have a proxy letter and proxy’s ID
• Certified copy of proof of business address
• Certified copy of CK1
• Certified copy of CIPRO
• Certificate copy of SARS certificate
