Lance Rademeyer & Associates – Auctioneers & Appraisers – is a member of the South African Institute of Auctioneers (SAIA), is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuer’s Profession (SACPVP) and is also registered with the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) and Lance Rademeyer is a duly appointed Appraiser to the Master of the High Court.
Lance Rademeyer has 42 years of Auctioneering and Appraisal experience in both movable and Immovable property.
The company is primarily based in Johannesburg but operates in all nine provinces of the Republic of South Africa.
We offer a spectrum of services in the fields of selling and disposing of both movable and immovable property and by way of Public Auction, Private Treaty and Public Tender and specialises in the Sworn Appraisals and Valuations of both Immovable and Movable property.
The Ownership and Management team is primarily made up of and highly skilled team of Appraisers, Valuer’s, Auctioneers, Admin staff and all pride themselves in having superb
