The fixed property comprises of numerous offices, reception, and boardroom, filing room, kitchen, ladies and gents ablution facilities. Ceiling are metal press type with Oregon pine wooden floors. The building was originally used by the Free Masons and would make ideal premises for a church or continue to be used as law offices, accountant and auditing offices, etc…

The property is situated on two erven and will be sold together and out of the holding company of which the Deceased is the sole director.
